You deserve to know how Neobaves Concrete works and how it earns money. This page lays out our role plainly. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Neobaves Concrete is a referral and marketing business. Picture a switchboard operator: the operator connects the call but does not do the job. In the same way, we introduce homeowners to independent concrete contractors. We do not pour driveways, build patios, stamp or seal concrete, or carry out any other construction work.
When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent contractor, or to a marketing partner that works with contractors in your area.
Neobaves Concrete may be paid by contractors or marketing partners for calls, form requests or other referrals. The amount can depend on things such as call length or whether the call is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the contractor.
This payment does not change the price a contractor quotes you. You pay the contractor directly for any work you agree to, at prices the contractor sets.
Every contractor is a separate business. None is an employee, agent or partner of Neobaves Concrete. Each one alone is responsible for:
An introduction is not an endorsement, and we make no promise about a contractor's work. Because of how we are paid, the contractor you reach may depend on which contractors are taking part in our network at that time.
You never have to hire a contractor we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, get a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
Calls made through this site may be tracked and sometimes recorded for quality, verification and billing.
