Our Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Neobaves Concrete wants neobaves.quest to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Aim For

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. To get there, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

A well-built site is a bit like a building with ramps, wide doors and clear signs. In that spirit, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text readable with strong color contrast
  • Make every page usable with a keyboard alone
  • Build layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktops
  • Write in plain, everyday language
  • Label form fields clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools, can be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of this site is hard to use, there are other routes. Request a callback to speak with a contractor, or email contact@neobaves.quest and we will do what we can to assist.

Tell Us What You Found

We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@neobaves.quest and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
  • Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it

We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is never truly finished. We will keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
