We want everyone who reaches Neobaves Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the contractor directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps us keep the network honest, and a contractor who keeps falling short may be removed. To be clear, Neobaves Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a contractor, or act on a contractor's behalf.

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the contractor. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
