About Neobaves Concrete and How Referrals Work

What Neobaves Concrete Is

Neobaves Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete driveways, stamped surfaces and patios. We are not a contractor. We do not mix, pour, stamp or finish anything. Our role is an introduction, not installation.

Why This Site Exists

Hiring for concrete can feel like choosing a restaurant in a town you have never visited. Everyone looks fine from the street. This site explains the process in plain words first, then connects your request with a local provider so you are not guessing from a list of strangers.

How Requests Are Matched

When you send a request or phone the number on this site, it goes to an independent provider in our network. The match depends on the type of project you describe and where your home is within the Santa Monica area. Availability differs from one provider to the next, so Request a callback to check provider availability for your address.

Your call is routed to a provider's business line. It does not reach a Neobaves Concrete work crew, because we do not have one.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Answer homeowner questions plainly.
  • Give quotes in writing.
  • Hold whatever licenses and insurance local rules require for their work.
  • Explain the plan, the materials and the schedule before starting.

We cannot inspect every job. That is why the next page of this site lists questions you can ask, and why you should always check credentials yourself.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not perform concrete work or supervise it.
  • We do not set prices or promise a price.
  • We do not handle concrete driveway repair calls or emergency calls. This site is about new work.
  • We do not give legal, engineering or insurance advice. For anything involving a foundation, ask a licensed professional.

How We Are Paid

Being open about this matters. Providers in our network may pay Neobaves Concrete for the homeowner requests and calls they receive. Homeowners are not charged by Neobaves Concrete for making a request. What you pay a provider for the work is set between you and that provider.

Ask It Plainly

A good rule when talking to any provider is to ask it plainly. Who will do the work? What is the total price? What happens if the weather changes the schedule? A clear answer is a good sign. A vague one deserves a follow-up. Always quote in writing before you agree to anything.

Get Connected

If you are planning a new driveway, a stamped surface or a patio, send a request and a provider in our network can follow up. You decide whether to move forward.
