**Three new concrete projects, and who actually does the work**

Neobaves Concrete is a referral service. We make the introduction, and an independent local provider does the work, sets the price and answers for the result. Think of us as the neighbor who hands you a trusted number, not the person who arrives with a truck.

Below are the three kinds of new concrete work this site covers. Each has its own page with typical price ranges and questions to ask.

  • Concrete Driveways: new slabs for parking, from simple broom-finish pours to wider or shaped designs.
  • Stamped Concrete: poured concrete pressed with patterns and color so it resembles stone, brick or wood.
  • Residential Concrete Patios: backyard and side-yard slabs for tables, grills and shade.

Across the Santa Monica area, many homes sit on slabs or raised foundations, so a careful provider looks at drainage and grade before any pour. This site is for new concrete flatwork. It is not set up for concrete driveway repair or emergency calls.
